Does your to-do list keep on growing longer and longer? To-do lists along with proper calendar planning are a good way for managing workload. Unfortunately, however, in today's fast-paced and stressful office environment it seems difficult to keep up with the minute-by-minute changes and new demands that occur continuously.
On the Ball to-do list (OTB) is a new generation of task/time management software that lets you dynamically reorganize your work in order to accomplish your daily priorities. This user-friendly program has all the standard functionality of traditional work planners but with one major difference. Instead of only giving you a good overview of your work, On the Ball to-do list will also help you determine what you should be doing next and it helps you focus on that task.
The major drawback with most calendar and scheduler software is that they are too slow to work with. In our daily work life, we simply don't have the time to drop everything we are doing and open up a new application and fill out numerous fields. On the Ball to-do list allows you to type in new tasks directly into your screen without having to close or open applications.
Each day is divided into a Morning, Mid-Day, Afternoon and an Evening period. By quickly planning each period when it starts you ensure that your planning is realistic right from the outset. By working this way, your stress levels will reduce significantly and you will not waste energy on worrying if you are doing the right thing.
